1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of beatthebookie.pro (the "site"), operated by Beat The Bookie ("BTB", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What the site is (and isn't)

Beat The Bookie is an informational tools and analytics site. It provides odds comparison, a bonus/promo conversion scanner and a deposit/withdraw tracker to help you analyse publicly available betting markets.

We are not a bookmaker, betting operator, exchange, or gambling provider. We do not accept bets, hold or handle customer funds, facilitate wagering, or offer any gambling product of any kind. All betting takes place on third-party bookmaker or exchange platforms that we do not operate or control.

3. Not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, taxation, investment or gambling advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation or inducement to place any particular bet. All figures, conversions, odds and "opportunities" are estimates generated from third-party data that may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate at the time you view it. You are responsible for independently verifying all odds, prices, terms and conditions before acting. Consider obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

4. No guaranteed outcomes - you bet at your own risk

Promo bashing and matched betting are not risk-free and no outcome or return is guaranteed. Odds move between placing bets, exchange liquidity varies, bets can be voided, palped or cancelled, bookmakers may limit or close accounts, and mistakes in execution can cost money. Any decision to place a bet is yours alone, and you accept all risk and responsibility for it, including any financial loss.

5. Third-party bookmakers and exchanges

Any bookmaker or exchange you use is an independent third party with its own terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for reading, understanding and complying with the terms of any bookmaker, exchange or promotion you use, including eligibility, minimum-odds, bonus and account rules. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, odds, payouts, account actions or promotions of any third party. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only and are not endorsements; we do not earn referral commissions from bookmakers.

6. Bet Tracker purchase, activation keys & refunds

The Bet Tracker is unlocked with a paid software activation key (currently A$6.95, one-time). The key is a licence to use a record-keeping tool - it does not include odds, tips, predictions or betting data of any kind, and buying it does not improve your chances of winning any bet.

• What's delivered: after payment you'll receive an email with a tracker file containing your personal activation key. The key activates the tracker on your own devices, with no device limit. The key is for your personal use - please don't share or resell it.
• Payment: processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure hosted checkout page. We never receive or store your card details.
• Your data stays local: the bets you record are stored only in your own tracker file on your device. Our server verifies your key and counts the devices it's used on - it never stores your bets.
• Keys are personal: don't share, resell or publish your key. We may deactivate keys that are shared at scale or obtained fraudulently (e.g. via payment fraud).

Refunds: we don't offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law - our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and if the product is faulty or not as described you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund, as applicable). Email: we use your checkout email address to deliver your key and for purchase support. We only send marketing email if you expressly opted in at checkout, and every marketing email identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe.

7. Acceptable use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not rely on the site as your sole source of information for any betting decision.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Beat The Bookie and its creators accept no liability for any loss or damage - including any financial loss, loss of profits, or loss arising from inaccurate data, downtime, or reliance on the site - however it arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
